Customization

1. Under no circumstances will there be a replacement or refund for any custom t-shirt sizing difficulties. However, the customer can proceed with the return request if the product is flawed or damaged as a result of our negligence.
2. Before placing an order, customers are urged to review the sizing chart.
3. Depending on the customer's screen resolution, the colour of the personalised t-shirt and custom mobile cover may differ slightly.

Pricing

While we make every effort to guarantee that the price information on the website is accurate, mistakes do occasionally happen. We will notify you as quickly as possible if we find a pricing error for any items you have ordered. We shall regard the order as cancelled if we are unable to get in touch with you. You will get a complete refund if you decide to cancel and have already paid for the goods. 

Furthermore, pricing may occasionally alter without prior warning. These modifications won't have an impact on orders that have already been shipped, though. The cost of an item includes VAT (or a comparable sales tax), for which we, as the seller, are accountable at the current amount. Payment

Delivery

On the order summary page, a projected delivery date appears. When you place an order, you will get an email with a summary of the order and the anticipated delivery date to your address. Delivery delays can occur as a result of unforeseeable events. In these situations, we will aggressively contact you via email and SMS. However, we are unable to make up for any mental suffering brought on by a delivery delay. 

Returns & Refund

1. Please be aware that once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned, whether it is a single item or a combination of items. However, you can make a return request if the product has a problem or a print or material defect. Visit Return Policy to learn more.
2. Once a product (i.e., clothing) is delivered and there is a size problem, there will be neither a replacement nor a refund. So, before placing a purchase, make sure your size corresponds to the Size Chart provided.

The Company shall own all and any intellectual property rights in connection with the products.

Law and Jurisdiction

Without regard to considerations of conflict of laws, Indian law shall govern the interpretation and construction of these terms, and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tirupur.

Indemnification

By using this website, breaking these Terms of Service, or infringing on someone else's intellectual property rights, you agree to keep the Company, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates harmless from any and all third party claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses.

Violation & Termination

You acknowledge and agree that if the Company determines that you have violated these Terms of Service or any other policies, the Company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, immediately terminate your access to the website and bar you from returning. You are still responsible for paying for any services you have already ordered up until the time of such termination even if you or the Company terminates your usage of any service.
